About
Grace
Hi. I’m Grace Terry.
I’m a lifelong learner, researcher, connector, scholar, seeker, and a board-certified Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, passionate about integrative medicine. My mission is to empower people—especially women—to take control of their health and well-being.

With a diverse nursing background spanning intensive care, primary care, and specialized knowledge in hormonal and metabolic health, I bring a unique, holistic approach to women’s health. My clinical journey has been rooted in both conventional and integrative medicine, which has shaped my commitment to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Here’s a little more about my journey and why I’m so passionate about what I do:
-
Educational Background: I completed my Masters of Science at McMaster University and later my Nurse Practitioner certification at Western University. Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my expertise with additional training and certifications in metabolic health, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, intravenous vitamin and nutrient therapy, and more.
-
Intensive Care Experience: Having worked in intensive care settings, I developed a deep understanding of acute and critical conditions which reinforced the importance of prevention and early intervention, inspiring my shift toward integrative and preventive care.
-
Global Health Experience: I’ve spent time overseas providing medical care and conducting research, which has given me a deeper appreciation for the diversity of health needs around the world. It’s a perspective I bring into every patient interaction, ensuring that your care is personalized and tailored to your unique needs.
-
Specialization in Hormonal and Metabolic Health: My passion for hormonal and metabolic health led me to specialize in these areas, integrating advanced diagnostic tools with holistic treatment plans. I help women of all ages optimize their hormonal balance, manage the impacts of menopause, address thyroid imbalances, and navigate conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and adrenal dysfunction. With a focus on individualized care, I work closely with each patient to create personalized treatment protocols that incorporate diet, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, bioidentical hormone replacement, and mind-body practices.

When you work with me, we’ll take a deep dive into your health—looking at everything from your hormone levels to your stress response, sleep, and nutrition. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that’s based on your unique needs and goals. Whether it’s improving your energy, balancing your hormones, supporting your metabolism or making mindset and lifestyle modifications, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My personal philosophy is to treat you as N-of-1. My approach is comprehensive, thoughtful, and tailored specifically to you—because no two people are the same, and neither is their path to wellness.

While knowledge is essential, it’s the consistent small steps over time that lead to true transformation and help you reach your fullest potential.

To Aging with Grace,
Grace Terry, NP-PHC, MSc
